A report of the proceedings and actions taken by the Development Council from 1963-1965. The council was established by the faculty to review the development of Wisconsin State University, Eau Claire and plan the future growth of WSU-EC. Its activities resulted in establishment of the Faculty Senate. The University Faculty constitution is included.
